2008 collection - children garment

I managed to make one more children garment as part of my 2008 collection. This is a shirt dress, with flowers and stripes print. I love the fabric, I think it's just so perfect for spring and summer. And if you add tights or pants and long sleeves shirt and a scarf, your little girl is ready for winter.

And the dress is on my way to my model today. I am so looking forward to see how it looks on her.

Our first adult pret-a-porter, sample sale on etsy now.

Per so many requests, we finally came up with our adult pret-a-porter line. And this is our version of vintage chic.

We list this skirt to test the adult market. This is a sample sale of a brand new size 8 A-line skirt. The skirt features dark borwn polkadots on nude colored background, 100% cotton and unlined, and ready to ship.

The skirt measures around 16 1/4" from top to bottom. It has invisible zipper closures on the back.

Pair this skirt with swimsuit or bikini top, flip flops, and you're ready to hit the beach. Pair this skirt with a cute top and cute shoes, and you're ready to hit the mall and clubs. And pair this skirt with a classy blouse and a pair of pumps, and you're ready for the office. This skirt is so versatile. It's very chic, hip, youthful, and timeless.

Hi Susan,

Your fabric arrived yesterday afternoon, and they are gorgeous, all 100% silk. The silk chiffon will be used for the dress, the china silk is for the lining, and the silk charmeuse will be used for the midriff.

Fabric: Chiffon Maternity Dress, Client: Susan - UK

O.K Susan, here's the available green chiffon fabrics from my supplier. Please keep in mind that the fabrics below is charmeuse and not chiffon. They use charmeuse for the picture because it shows the colors better, chiffon is transparent so it is difficult to take pictures of. The colors of the chiffon is the same, the different is just that it will be transparent. The lining will be made out of China Silk with the same color. So let me know which shades of green you like best. Oh yeah, please also note that each computer screen is different, so the color might look slightly different.

Order Update, Client: Susan

Here's the order update for Susan, sorry it's one day late, I could not find my camera yesterday.

The skirt and the lining is done, the zipper is on too. The next step will be to attach the lining to the skirt, and sew in the interfacing, andhem the skirt. It should be done in 2 - 3 days.
