Most of the time it's a struggle to get the kids to eat right. That's why I try as much as I can to sneak in some veggies into their diet. I made this super easy meal, made out of puff pastry dough, mixed frozen veggies contains carrots, corn, green beans, and peas, I pureed them so they can't see the shape of the veggies, and a little bit of velveeta cheese.
And for dessert, I gave the kids homemade blueberries and banana popsicles, and they loved it!
So anytime they eat fruits and veggies, it's a little victory to me :).
